Your Privacy is Our Priority
Calexis is built with privacy at its core. Here's our plain-English promise:
- Calexis never sees your event titles. Your calendar details stay private on your device.
- Only free/busy and time ranges are used. We only know when you're available, not what you're doing.
- You control access per meeting. Each meeting requires your explicit authorization, and you can revoke it anytime.

Data Retention & Deletion
Availability Data
Availability information for a meeting is deleted immediately after the meeting is confirmed and added to calendars. We don't keep historical availability data.
Account Deletion
You can disconnect your calendar and delete your account at any time. All associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Meeting Data
Once a meeting is confirmed, only the meeting details (participants, time, type) are stored to maintain the calendar event. You can delete individual meetings from your account.
Security Measures
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
Least-Privilege Access
Calexis requests only the minimum calendar permissions needed to read free/busy signals.
Regular Security Audits
We conduct regular security reviews and penetration testing to ensure your data is protected.
No Third-Party Sharing
We never sell or share your calendar data with third parties for advertising or other purposes.
