Calexis provides a scheduling service that helps users find optimal meeting times by analyzing calendar availability. The service:

  • Reads free/busy signals from connected calendars
  • Suggests optimal meeting times based on availability
  • Facilitates meeting confirmation and calendar integration
  • Does not store or access calendar event details or titles

2. User Responsibilities

By using Calexis, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating meetings
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service

3. Liability & Warranty

Service Availability: Calexis is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

No Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calexis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Calexis be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the service.

Calendar Integration: Calexis integrates with third-party calendar services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
